UK Nation Affiliate Program - Terms & Conditions
Participation in the UK Nation Affiliate Program is subject to the acceptance of the
following Terms & Conditions. This Agreement contains the complete terms and conditions
that apply to an individual's or entity's participation in the UK Nation Affiliate Program (the "Program").
"we" means UK Nation, "you" means the applicant, and "services" means any services offered by UKNATION.CO.UK
UKNation is a trading name of Online Merchants Ltd registered in England Company No: 3768234 and is incorporated
under the Companies Act 1985 as a Private Limited Company.
 Affiliate Sign-up
To apply for this program, you must submit a completed application form via our site.
We may reject your application if we determine (at our sole discretion) that your site is unsuitable for
our program. You must be a resident of the United Kingdom to participate in this scheme.
To be eligible to join our program and lawfully enter into and form contracts on this Website under
English law you must: If an individual, be 18 years of age or over; and
stipulate a verifiable address and register your real name, address, phone number,payment e-mail address
any other details requested;
Affiliate Links
After you have enrolled as an afflilate, you can provide one or more links from your site to our site. We will provide
you with special link formats designed for tracking and reporting for all links between your site and our site. You will
be solely responsible for properly utilising the link formats. We do not accept any responsibility for the incorrect use
of the special links / link formats and therefore we shall not be accountable for any loss of fees as a result of errors.
Affiliate Commission
You will earn an affiliate referral fee of thirty percent (30%) which is payable to you at the end of each month provided that the
commission owed is more than GBP £25.00. For every affiliate who signs up through you, you may receive additional 2ND-Tier commissions
of five percent (5%) based on their sales.
Affiliate License
We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use our logos and text for which we grant express
permission, solely for the purpose of identifying your site as a program participant. You agree that you will not engage,
participate or otherwise become involved in any activity or course of action that diminishes and/or tarnishes the image and
or reputation of UK Nation.
Affiliate Payment
Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, you will be paid commission for each customer referred from your site through the program link on your site who successfully purchases
our services. If it is later found that the refered customer's purchase was refunded, we retain the right to withhold any payments to you resulting from that individual's purchases.
Affiliate payments are made by us via Paypal therefore affiliates must have a Paypal account. Your Paypal email payment address must
be entered into your account details. This program relies on cookies to track customers. If for whatever reason, the customer isn't using cookies, or the cookie expires or the customer deletes the cookie, they cannot be tracked and
you will not earn commission for any sales that customer may make. Our cookies are set to expire after six months.
Affiliate Accounts
Commission may not be paid to an affiliate if the details we hold for that affiliate are not accurate. It is the affiliate's responsibility
to ensure that the application details are correct at all times. We also reserve the right to cancel commission payments/terminate accounts
if we believe that there has been any fraudulent attempts to use the affiliate program. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality
of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under
your account or password.
Agreement Term
The term of this Agreement will begin upon our acceptance of your application and will end when terminated by either party.
Either you or UK Nation may terminate this Agreement at any time, with or without cause, by giving the other party written or
emailed notice of termination. You are only eligible to earn referral fees on sales occurring during the term of this Agreement only.
All outstanding commissions will be paid to you. Your site is subject to periodic review - If we determine at any point after acceptance
into our program that your site is not suitable for the scheme, we may end the status of your site as an Affiliate.
Liability
We will not be liable for indirect, special or consequential damages (or loss of revenue, profits or data) arising in connection with this agreement
or the affiliate program. You agree to fully indemnify, defend and hold us, and our officers, directors, employees and suppliers, harmless immediately
on demand, from and against all claims, losses, costs and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of any breach of these Terms by you,
or any other liabilities arising out of your use of this program or any other person accessing the program using your personal information.
The program is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any representation or endorsement made and we make no warranties, whether express
or implied, in relation to it and its use.
Privacy
We take your right to privacy very seriously, and we have taken steps to protect your privacy. This Privacy Statement is consistent with our effort to build
users trust and confidence in the Internet by promoting the principles of disclosure and informed consent.
UK Nation utilises "cookie's" - A "cookie" is a small amount of data sent by a web site server through the Internet and transferred to your hard drive.
It allows us to monitor use of the site, track affiliates, assign payments - it cannot be executed as code or deliver viruses.
UK Nation is the sole owner of any personal information collected and does not sell, share, rent or otherwise distribute any of this information.
However we reserve the right to inform any applicable authority should we believe that any payment has been made, or attempted to be made using fraudulent details or methods.
We further reserve the right to disclose any information neccesary to satisfy any applicable law, regulation or reasonable legal request.
Communication
We may periodically communicate via e-mail and other means with individuals who have registered at the site for our services
or affiliate program. Registering to participate in this program is interpreted as "opting in" to agree to receive information UK Nation.
We are an ethical internet company and as such do not tolerate the sending of unsolicited emails or spamming in any form.
Affiliates found undertaking such practices will have their accounts suspended and possible terminated at the discretion of UK Nation.
Law and Jurisdiction
We reserve the right to make changes to our site, policies, and these Conditions of Use at any time.
If any part of the Terms shall be deemed unlawful, void or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable from these Terms and
shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions of the Terms. The Website is controlled and operated in the United Kingdom.
The Terms will be governed by the laws of England and Wales and you irrevocably agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
